She spent quite a few weekends showing us properties, at times on both days of the weekend and on weekdays. She was very professional and never pushed us in a direction to lean towards a property. Teresa went above and beyond in not only helping me sell my home, but find the home of my dreams to purchase also. She assisted us every step of the way and even managed the task of back to back closings on our sell/purchase so that we would have a seamless transition using the profit from the sell of our home to fund the down payment on the purchase of our new home. Very professional and has a great team of people that she can connect you with that will be able to help you with literally anything that you would need during the home buying/selling process. She made a potentially very stressful transition for my special needs daughter a smooth and easy one. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home

As a out of state buyer, Teresa was willing to offer creative techniques to help me view homes remotely. We did frequent face time showings and shared listing links almost daily. She made herself widely available when I could tour on weekends. She is passionate about real estate and is extremely knowledgable. Her ability to envision potential in a home is exceptional. She is observant and takes time to understand your style and interest. She has amazing ideas and decorating suggestions that I look forward to using in my home.
