- Teresa showed me homes
Teresa Reid showed me a co-op and I offered the full price. In order to accept my offer, she wanted me to send the following confidential documents via email: tax return, pay stub, W2, detail credit report. I explained to her that this is against federal banking law for me to send such document to a real estate agent. I also confirmed that the lender & board co-op have the document. Since I did not provide her the confidential documents via email, she canceled the offer accepting after 1 day. She is an unethical and a racist person who also showed retaliation after I report her to BBB.
Teresa was very comforting and knowledgeable about the rental I was looking at. She was very quick to respond to my call and meet me for a walk through. Upon meeting her she spoke very softly and kind, it was like meeting an old friend. She didn't try to sell me on the property right away which I really liked
