Teri is great. I have worked with Teri over the last 8 years. From purchasing a property , to leasing it out multiple times thru her and most recently selling the property.Teri is responsive , an advocate for you and cares. Theresa helped me navigate the complex (and frustrating) process of purchasing a bank owned property I loved. Although dealing with the listing realtor, the bank and the seller's attorney was definitely the biggest test to my patience, Theresa was there every step of the way. My husband and I planned to sell our house in Sussex County and purchase a property in Bergen County. When he passed away unexpectedly I was left to deal with those challenges alone. I've bought or sold 6 houses in my lifetime and if I was asked to compare her on a scale of 1 to 10 to my past agent experiences, she gets a 20 in my book.
