Terrah Lund

Not at all, I have tried to stay in contact (I have messages since August), it is now November. I have had the worst experience with the purchase of my house. I never met Terrah in person, she used other agents to show houses and contact me. However, I guess they were smarter than me because they no longer work for or with her. Hope she sees this feedback as I am no longer communicating with her! Now I'm sharing my honest feedback regarding this horrible interaction. Do not use Terrah or West Reality is my opinion!

As with the other review, Terrah is non-communicative. She wants her money, and will promise the moon in order to get her commission, then when she gets her cut, she's done with you. I've filed a report to the AZDRE regarding her using a non-licensed home-inspector who wasn't qualified and didn't report a worn and uninsurable roof. She promised to fix the roof, or have it replaced since my insurance dropped my coverage due to the roof. When I finally got to speak with her on the phone about the roof and my lack of insurance, she said she had just got back from a trip to Costa Rica, and was in a cash-flow negative situation, but would be cash-flow positive in October, and would have the roof replaced by her contractor, whom she disclaimed to be her ex-husband. I'm sorry, but is that my business? In addition, she promised BEFORE THE SALE to swap out a refrigerator that doesn't fit properly. Her words were, "I'm not gonna let you not buy this house because of a refrigerator! I'll send you to Spencer's and we'll just swap it out! No biggie!" Well, the was in July of 2019, and it's now January 2020, and guess what? No new roof, no refrigerator! I've also had minimal response from her broker, Michael Hofstetter of WestUSA Realty. He started out helping and promising that the issues above would be remedied very quickly, but then slowly dropped out of communication. Terrah never showed me the property (she used other people to represent her), didn't show up for the final walk-through, and used an unlicensed home-inspector, who happens to be her handy-man, to gloss over major issues so that I wouldn't back out of the sale. Luckily, I have text communications, as well as email communications that I submitted in my formal complaint. DO NOT USE TERRAH LUND FOR ANYTHING! SHE IS SHADY!!!
