  • Terri and I connected, but did no business

      As a Real Estate Broker myself, I thought that Terri was pleasant on the phone when I called informing her that my buyers were going to submit a full price offer on her listing located at 1509 Colbert Hughson CA however, she informed me that she FORGOT to change the status to pending and encouraged me submit an offer which I did, full price. Once received she told me that she wasn't sure the seller would accept it due to all the activity, I requested that her seller reply in writing to the offer and once the time allowed expired I called her Broker as well as contacted MLS due to the fact the property was pending asking for back ups which after my complaint was removed. Today I received a rejection, not a counter on my buyers full price conventional offer....does this make sense to anyone and why would such a 'pleasant' person with such kind matters not know how to properly do her job. For the reason of this agent wasting my time and disappointing my buyers. Don't say I didn't warn you. Jori Nunes Broker
