I was looking for a condo in a specific area. Terri connected with her friends and contacts to give us a head start on any units before they were listed. She found the perfect one, I looked at it and made an offer on the spot. Our offer was accepted within 24 hours and I am thrilled. Once the unit was posted, the owners realtors phones were inundated. Without Terri, I know I would not have gotten the unit. She and her staff were very helpful during the whole time leading up to the closing. And, she sold my current house in 3 days! She and her great staff helped me with finding excellent contractors to do the work required by the inspection, I couldnt have done it without them. She and her team are the hardest working gals in the real estate business and she really takes care of her clients.

Best agent she told me what to do. I did it sold my house in 9 days. Number 1 agent. I had to clean my carpet and clean the house with a certain cleaner. 9 days sold and everything went easy.
