When Terry and her husband, Chuck, discovered Salida during a ski trip, they knew that this town would eventually become home. Moving from Oklahoma City 3 years ago, they purchased Roxy’s Bottle Shop in May of2010 and jumped feet first into the community. Terry serves on the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as Vice-President, FIBArk Board of Directors and was co-chair of ArtWalk 2013.
Before moving to Salida, Terry spent 10 years as a top-selling Realtor in the Oklahoma City area. She is excited to “revive” her real estate career with Pinon Real Estate Group. “I love their philosophy of building relationships, and not transactions.
