Alec & Lance are seasoned real estate professionals with an old-school driven approach to business with new-age marketing skills and tactics. Our business model alongside our ethics-backed personality, allows me to deliver attentive service and nothing less than a quality experience. We are licensed real estate brokers in the state of California and were one of the top agents in their office for many years, being awarded top producers on several occasions, before opening their own brokerage, Minkow Realty Inc. Alec is an affiliate to many local organizations including the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of Realtors. When not working, Alec enjoys combat sports and competes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He also works closely with a charity called Fight For a Kid, they are a non-profit organization that gives opportunities to less fortunate kids in brazil.
