Theresa Hannah

I've been a licensed agent since 2006. I truly enjoy helping clients find the home of their dreams. It's such a rewarding profession when you know you've help someone find a new home. I strive to understand my clients lifestyle and needs as this is most important when helping them in buying a home. "My goal is to provide the utmost professional service to succeed in accomplishing my clients real estate needs." I also have 5 years of short sale experience. In the most recent years many homeowners have needed to adjust with the distressed economy. I specialize in helping both the sellers and/or the buyers in what could at times be a stressful transaction. I'm able to help in educating both sellers and buyers, in understanding the process to help make it less stressful for all parties. It's important to be there for the client in every aspect of the transaction.
