I cannot tell you how pleased we were working with Theresa on buying our retirement home and selling our longtime home this year. We worked with Theresa on and off for a long time (our choice) to find the perfect home. When this one came on the market she pounced and she was right it is the perfect one. All the time during the buying process we felt like she had our back. The seller had serious health problems and she handled that situation with patience, compassion, and dignity. Theresa gave us flawless advice when it came to selling the home where we raised 4 children and lived for 28 years. This advice was to move first, fix it up (mostly cosmetic) and sell. Theresa is extremely responsive and has fabulous resources! I felt as if I had an expert in my corner supporting my family through the purchase, moving and renovating process. I wasn't kept dangling, wondering when I would receive needed documents or information. Through the negotiating period, she kept us organized so we did not miss any deadlines and put us in touch with an expert who ended up saving us a couple of thousand dollars. I run a small real estate development company, and typically buy and sell about 3-4 properties a year. The open houses that were held were well prepared for, and very effective. Theresa is also great about providing status updates before offers have come in (to me, a stressful time!) Theresa does a great job in filtering and negotiating offers, looking to me for input, but also doing the legwork to feel out the buyer and coming up with a good strategy for price and term negotiations. Theresa is extremely proactive in making sure both parties have everything ready for closing, and making sure closing goes through without any surprises or hiccups I think Theresa is great at what she does, and I feel very confident in recommending her (and her associates) for handling any kind of transaction.

Theresa was simply amazing! My wife and I thought we were two educated individuals and we did not need a realtor. We could not have been more wrong. I was referred to Theresa Taylor by a mutual friend at a time in my life when I was overwhelmed with loss. Both my parents passed on in their 90's and quite unexpectedly my husband died suddenly of cancer. At the time I was facing total knee replacements in both legs. I knew I needed to get out of my townhouse and into an apartment so stairs would not be an issue. When I met Theresa I was immediately both impressed and comforted.
