We have used Thomas for the last 5 years. The first time we connected with him we didn’t buy a home because there wasn’t a lot of inventory in 2015 and we weren’t quite ready to make that type of commitment. When 2016 came and we reached out again Thomas did not hesitate to help us. He priced my condo right and it sold within 3 day’s in 2016. He stuck by us to find a home and when we did my now husband and I were elated. Our lives rapidly changed after we purchased our new home so battled the idea of selling in early 2019. We stuck it out one more year and listed March 2020. Even with the COVID epidemic in full swing Thomas met our needs. He respects social distancing and has ways to interact with you virtually. He guided us every step of the way. When my husband and I decide to purchase our next home we know that there is no other realtor we will go to. Thomas is our guy until he retires from this business. I struggled through a few medical issues during the process and Thomas did more then he had to reduce stress on the sell on our end.
