Thomas was always there for us each and every time we needed anything. He knows a lot and always had an answer on how to get us what we needed. Tom even videoed some houses we couldn't go see in person in a way that it felt like we were there. He pointed out the things that we should be careful about and helped us negotiate a great price on the beautiful house we brought. So now we own the house of our dreams at a price far below what its worth. We couldn't have done it without Tom.

I can’t say enough about Tom and Christine. Besides finding new friends for life, they are the most attentive and patient realtors out there. First time home buyer who moved to the area from Philly, didn’t know a thing about where to live or the home buying process, but they pretty much held my hand through the entire ordeal. They were even there through the nightmare that was my mortgage company. (If you don’t already have a lender, take their advice, lesson learned the hard way!) My last minute questions and doubts were answered and talked through without judgement. I’ve been in the house for a month and it’s the best feeling and I know that this was the right home and it was accomplished with the right people. I highly recommend Hearth and Home Realty.
