Tom was awesome to work with. He was always available to show houses and worked very hard to get me into an awesome house! I had a pretty tight budget to worth with and Tom did an amazing job finding me a house.I would totally recommend him as an agent!!

Tom was incredibly accommodating, and was willing to work with our schedule for buying a home. He would even meet with us the same day that we requested a showing! Every time he showed us a house, there was no pressure to buy--he wanted to make sure we bought the home that was right for us. He also walked us through all the paperwork and made sure we understood what we were signing before we had to sign it. Our experience with Tom was wonderful, and we would readily recommend him to anyone.

This was our first home buying experience and Tom was excellent at making sure we had and understood all of the requirements and contracts of the home buying process. Tom was very responsive via e-mail, phone, and txt, and made the extra effort to accommodate our crazy schedules. He always took the time to go through every page of each contract with us line by line and explained it all in simple understandable terms because the legal contracts get very wordy and confusing. It meant a lot when he was present for the final signing just as moral support even though he was not required to be there. Tom was very good at being honest about the whole process so that there were no hidden surprises. He was also good at pointing out the good/bad aspects of houses when we were searching. He was able to recommend a great Mortgage lender which made the first time home buying process very smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely work with Tom again for the next home purchase and will highly recommend him to our friends
