We listed on a Friday, held an open house on Sunday, and had multiple offers including one at asking by Tuesday! Thomas is sharp, proactive, and hard-working with tremendous depth of experience (including mortgages and alternative financing). Reading his other reviews, I expected him to be good, but I was concerned that he would not devote much energy to my $160,000 listing because his other listings were higher. I was very pleasantly surprised that Thomas never neglected my listing. Quite the opposite in fact. Every step of the process reflected his thoughtfulness and quality orientation, including exceptional professional photographs, the listing text, the open house, and the negotiating process. I have no doubt that if I had used any of the other agents I interviewed before Thomas, we would've received lower offers and might still be on the market right now.
