Thomas Scott

Thomas graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Housings Studies and Business Marketing. He then obtained his real estate license in 2006. Early in his career, he focused on rentals and new construction before transitioning into the residential buy and sell side. Thomas worked for one of the top teams in Minnesota at RE/MAX Results (The Kris Lindahl Team). In 2015, the team sold over 360 homes and in 2016, they sold 677 homes, producing $180 million in sales. Thomas has extensive knowledge when it comes to trends, marketing, investments/flips, new construction, and rentals. Instead of being reactive, he takes a proactive approach when it comes to working with his clients, providing off-market opportunities for buyers to explore on top of what is active on the market, and actively seeking out buyers instead of simply throwing a sign in the yard.
