Thomas Tollen

We have sold properties through Thomas Tollen. He knows property market very well and worked hard for us to get the best prices. Very easy to deal with him.

I reached out to Tom 6 years ago with one of his homes he was building. It was a new construction and very excited and even went to his studios to do upgrades. I had put down my earnest money and paid for upgrades, so at this point was close to 10K out of pocket, but agreed on 20% down conventional. My loan required a few more days, which my loan officer and real estate agent had informed Tom ahead of time. Tom and team did the most disappointing thing to me, pulled the plug even though the lender even said it would only be a few more days. The only response was, "It's only business." I lost my EM, upgrade money, appraisal, and inspection which came close to 10k. All I asked for was some reprieve which was only met with greed. Anyway, I am only sending this because I am on my next few properties and stumbled upon my past file. Tom and team was ready for retaining facts to pull out of the deal without any consideration to his clients. "Business is Business." So from my experience and loss in money whether significant or not, just expect that Tom and team will put themselves first before you.
