Tom recently obtained his Broker’s license in 2014, however, he has personally been involved in investing in real estate for the past 18 years and has more knowledge about the real estate industry than most seasoned brokers. As a Broker, Tom has had much success listing and selling several properties in his first six months, and utilizes his knowledge of the real estate industry and mortgage market to assist buyers and sellers in their next real estate transaction. He also has hands-on experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. This knowledge and experience allows Tom to accurately evaluate potential properties for his clients, for their current and expected future values, as well as the costs to rehab a property. Tom offers personal and individual service to each client, guiding them through each step of the process.
