  • Thomas and I connected, but did no business

Did not follow up with my wife and I as potential renters as we wasted the night trying to get in touch with this agent and submit our application. Then, when finally calling ourselves the next morning, unbeknownst to us, he failed to follow up and let us know that the home we were interested in had one application ahead of us. All he said was "Their application is much better than yours because they have one small dog and that it is much better than yours" with no other reason than that. Then right after, completely hung up on us while trying to speak further for the possibility of other available locations. Unprofessional.

Thomas Wang is by far the most rude and unprofessional agent I have ever spoke to. I called about a listed house he had and wanted to get some information on it. While in the phone he asked for some information and as I gave him answers he just told me no this will not work and immediately hung up on me. I proceeded to call him back thinking it was maybe an accident but when we reconnected he simply told me I don’t have time to deal with you and when I told him that was rude of him to hang up he said “I know that is true” then immediately hung up and blocked my cell phone number. I DO NOT RECCOMEND BUSINESS WITH GOLDEN BULL REALTY

Myself and my two roommates had a very unpleasant with this realtor. He was not polite in our initial phone call. When we went to view the home, he did not even speak to us -- he stood in the living room looking at his phone. When we initiated conversation with him, he was asking inappropriate questions about my roommates relationship's with each other. We took it lightly because the house he was managing checked all the boxes for us. After submitting the application for the home, we received an email from him saying the landlord was concern of our application because the roommate situation isn't 'stable', and that we 'may not take good care of the house' and 'nobody is really in charge'. He was going to charge us a mandatory $100 for landscaping, because he didn't trust in our ability to care for the home, when we said upfront that we would do the landscaping ourselves. After receiving the e-mail, we called to assure him that we would take care of landscaping. He once against said that there wasn't 'anyone in charge' and followed with 'I have 4 other applicants. I don't have to choose you.' It was incredibly disrespectful. I felt as if i was being discriminated against because my roommates and I were younger and also not a 'family', or even because no one was in a relationship with eachother. Would not recommend working with him, even if the home is nice....

HORRIBLE. I went to see a home that was listed by Thomas Wang. I responded to the listing right after it was posted and went to the very first appointment that he offered me, just a couple hours later from our first email. I was hopeful because he was prompt in responding to emails and was blunt but not rude, and I like straight to the point! However as I walked up to him at our appointment I said Hi! And introduced myself, Very politely. he just stared at his phone and grunted/mumbled, and pointed to the front door (super weird) so me and my kiddos walked inside (I’m a single mom and wanted my kids to see the house as well) my kids were so sweet, talking about how much they loved the home, they weren’t misbehaving at all. More like mesmerized and happy that we thought we might be living there soon! After we were done looking around I saw him just standing there, he didn’t say anything to me at all, I had to approach him to ask about filling out an application and he said well there’s someone else who has already put in an application and their income is far more than what yours could be. (WHO ON EARTH SAYS THAT TO SOMEONE THEY DONT KNOW? My kids and myself were dressed nicely, clean, well taken care of, he saw us pull up in our newer model car...because I’m a mom I couldn’t possibly afford to live there?! When it was UNDER budget?!) so I told him I absolutely can and I’d be willing to pay the application fee as well as the 4000+ in various move in expenses there on the spot. He then continued twiddling on his phone rarely making eye contact or being direct which made me uncomfortable since I was constantly asking for clarification... I told him that if he’s uncomfortable with me alone being the renter, that my father would be more than happy to be my co-signer as well. My dad is a doctor, book writer, and therapist ... he said that the person with the application “made 5500 dollars a month which they just couldn’t refuse” which is a fraction of what my dad brings home alone! Then, he just told me there was no point in filling out an application. My kids were heartbroken, and left crying because he said we couldn’t live there. I’m an extremely gentle young woman, I was so kind and gracious the entire time I have interacted with mr wang. But he judged us, knew from the moment he saw us that he made up his mind not to like us. (Everyone likes us, we’re NICE people) that home felt like home when we walked in, it’s horrific how cruel this man is. I don’t know if he’s racist (were white so I don’t run into that too often but it’s possible) if he doesn’t like kids? If he doesn’t believe single mothers- who are actually the hardest workers out there in my opinion should be allowed the same rights as people without children?- I don’t know. But I know that In all the years of dealing with realtors, buying houses, and renting them, I have never met a “realtor” as mean, judgmental without any cause at all, or rude as Thomas Wang. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written in my entire life... this guy shouldn’t be allowed to treat people like they’re worthless, and that’s exactly what he did to me and my sweet babies today. He’s not just a bad realtor, he’s a bad person.

I found Thomas Wang very professional, straightforward, kind, and respectful. His response time to communications and requests were exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable and appears to be very well respected by his business associates. If I need his services in the future, I will not hesitate to contact him. • Thomas showed me homes

I rented from Thomas for a little over 3 years and had a great experience. In the rare occasions something needed to be fixed, he had it done in a very timely manner. He was always kind, pleasant, and straightforward. I would definitely rent from Thomas again and recommend him to anyone looking to rent!

              • Thomas showed me homes

Thomas was very easy to work with in the two years we lived in a condominium he managed. We moved from out of state and, while our real estate agent toured the unit, we moved in sight unseen. Thomas was extremely helpful in getting the lease set up without being in person and was very responsive any time we had an issue with the unit. We switched to month-to-month after our second 12 month lease ended and the transition was seamless with excellent communication from Thomas about what to expect for changes in rent cost. Thanks again for everything, Thomas!

                • Thomas and I connected, but did no business

I was very satisfied with thomas! He responded very quickly anytime I needed him. He is quick to the point and directs you in getting anything you need!

                  • Thomas listed and sold my home

Thomas was a great landlord. He is responsive, fair and very easy to work with. The property was beautiful and well maintained. I highly recommend working with him.

                    • Thomas never responded to my request

Thomas has wasted so much of my personal time. He fails to respond, show up for tours, or successfully preform basic relator duties. I have lost faith in him and his realty group because of this. With a quick glance at other reviews for Thomas, it is easy to see why you should ABSOLUTELY use a different agent and even avoid his current "listings".
