Thuy has made our home buying experience such a quick and smooth transaction. Her negotiating skills were excellent, she was able to get us the price we were willing to pay, which was below listing. From finding a home to closing, she has been very responsive with all types of communications with us. She was always available, even on weekends and late nights! She speaks Vietnamese, which is a plus for us. She was in constant communication with the selling agent, the title company, and the lender to make sure that all of the necessary steps were taken. We interviewed Thuy in late November 2019 tho we were not ready to list our condo. We were very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and upbeat attitude.
