      Tia is the consummate professional. Taking notes, she listened carefully to what I wanted and expected. I had owned my home more than 40 years, invested a lot of time, energy and personal pride in improvement projects I thought enhanced the value considerably. Classes I took for Real Estate Sales License and Property Appraisal had me feeling sure about my price point. Tia calmly explained her plan to price it lower, hit all the social media outlets, along with the usual RE contacts to attract large numbers at open houses, stir up interest and then entertain competing offers. She connected me with reliable contractors who beat by far other bids I’d received to make physical changes she suggested to open up space, make the home more appealing and ready for market. Though many of her sales are in Beverly Hills and other high end properties she gave me white glove treatment as though I were selling a multi-million dollar property. Due to her guidance the offers came in fast, 13 in two days, all well over asking price. She prepared an excel spread sheet that compared all the offers clarifying for me the differences like no other RE Salesperson has done in my nearly 50 years of buying and selling properties. The city presented a series of obstacles, restrictions, unusual code requirements and pre-sale changes. Tia and her super team worked in concert to clear the hurdles.
