Everyone told me buying a foreclosure was going to be a nightmare. But Tiffany made it one of the simplest real estate transactions ever. She negotiated a 15% reduction and it seems all I had to do was show up, sign the papers and move in. Because Tiffany was so different from my past realtors, meaning she answered my calls or at least returned them in a short period of time, was knowledgeable about the process and truly a joy to work with, I decided to call her for my next purchase. I gave her a crazy list of what I wanted for my new home. I thought I wanted a new build townhouse. Everything she showed me was lovely and matched my criteria but didn't just seem "right". Tiffany suggested looking new build single family homes. I agreed to look. Why, not? But I really didn't think I was the single family home type. Not until I walked into what is now my new home. It was perfect and checked all the boxes, 1 block from hiking, down the street from 2 gorgeous golf course, nice safe neighborhood, and I got to build it from the ground up. Overwhelmed with all the options presented to me, Tiffany even accompanied me to the design center three time and gave me recommendations about things I never thought of asking for. Example, she knew I was planning on putting in a hot tub in at some point and recommended that I upgrade the electrical voltage where I envisioned placing it. I never would have thought of that. I am now in my dream home and wouldn't be here without her. She also made selling my other property painless. I had planned on replacing my 12 year old carpets and painting before listing. Tiffany told me to save my money and simply have the carpets cleaned. She had a professional photographer come in (not pics from her phone like some realtors do) and did a "coming soon" on Zillow to generate interest. A week later we listed the property and two days after that I had a full price offer. After the inspection there were some minor repairs. Tiffany knew I didn't have the time nor desire to do any of it and she negotiated a small credit to the buyer. All that was left to do was sign. Three transactions with Tiffany. All of them easy. And Tiffany is such a joy to be around too. You will not make a mistake if you pick her as your realtor. I know I didn't.

She was diligent in communication with the seller, had great recommendations for all inspections i.e general, plumbing, electric, roof, and pool. Tiffany had to deal with an unconventional and somewhat unprofessional seller and made the process feel seamless. was referred to Tiffany and her team from my brother who had hired her twice. She listened to my goals and helped me accomplish them without stress. I had an investor offer before I spoke with her and she offered to represent my best interest in the paperwork if I were to move forward with that investor offer. Tiffany is amazing. You will not be disappointed. We found her via online reviews which, being from out of state, go a long way. She took us through probably a dozen homes in just about 2 days and gave us insights on what neighborhoods were good for our price point(s) and quickly figured out how our minds worked and exactly what we were looking for in a house. Once under contract, she walked us through every single step, setting up appointments for the inspectors, making sure everything was aligned and even providing advice during some of the negotiations. We we lucky to find Tiffany, as we were out of state and knew little to nothing about the greater Phoenix area, let alone any realtors. After reading reviews of several brokers, we decided that Realty One Group was who we wanted to work for... and we were not disappointed. Tiffany worked with us every single step of the way and found a ton of houses to show us, as we had only flown in for the weekend. She knew our style after just a few houses and adjusted her list as needed. We didn't find something we absolutely loved that trip, BUT eventually found our amazing house a few days later. Tiffany ran over to the house to view it that day and took video of it for us as she walked through and gave us her opinion on it. That was enough for us, as we trusted her input and we eventually bought the house sight unseen! After our offer was accepted, Tiffany coordinated all of our inspections and even provided recommendations for the various trades to come look through everything to make sure it was ok.
