With our family not living locally at the time, she scouted the area looking for homes that we wanted to purchase. She was very informative of each and every possible subdivision including the pros and cons. She checked in with us weekly to make sure everything was going well. Let me start with Tiffany Sears is an amazing realtor. We were moving from California to South Carolina and Tiffany made the transition as easy as possible. We had 4 days to buy a house in an area we didn't know. She showed us a ton of homes all fitting the needs we requested. We settled on a new home so as we were in California she took care of everything needed during the build process. I would highly recommend Tiffany as a realtor to anyone in need.
