In past experiences with realtors, I have often felt neglected and underwhelmed, so when I had to find a realtor to help with my sick father's home I was cautious and worried. I live over 6 hrs away and had no connections in Charlotte, so I went onto Zillow. I called several Realtors off of Zillow and Tijuana was the quickest and most responsive Realtor so I chose her. We hit the jackpot! Tijuana was always prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She helped us with strong knowledge of the market, good advice and strong customer advocacy. She handled the potential difficulties that can arise in these situations with experience and professionalism. On one instance, she helped arrange for cleaning out of my father's home through some bartering which saved me money and the drive from Va Beach.
