- Tim never responded to my request
Tim was the seller on my home. Following inspection, repairs were requested. These repairs were not completed. After the closing we had issues with the property. Whenever our agent reached out to Tim requesting information, Tim did not respond. It is clear from the problems we had that corners were cut. His refusal to provide the information certainly speaks louder than words. I caution anyone who is buying a house from Tim to double check everything.
