All I have to say is that in a market that is receiving 15+ offers per listing, with many being well over asking, Tim got me my condo without any other soul even having a chance to see it. Once it was listed, Tim contacted me, scheduled a showing, and within the first two hours had my offer accepted and the listing pulled from all sites. Trust me, my offer wasn't crazy like everything we see and hear. That was all Tim. Not sure what was said but I do know Tim made sure no other offers would be made. It was pretty amazing.
