More about Tim Dowling
I have been living in a combination of Austin and Buda for the past 16 years after meeting my wife down the road at Southwest Texas State (renamed to Texas State). I studied marketing and business administration while in school and earned my BBA. My wife is a native Austinite and gave me a simple choice when it came to finding a place to call home, what part of South Austin did I want to live in. You really cannot go wrong if your menu is kept simple. Since our marriage, we have added 3 wonderful kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats to the family.

- Tim helped me buy a home
I have used dozens of Realtors in my life, due to many corporate relocations... Tim is the best I've ever used. Low key... but very knowledgeable. Super nice guy.
