I am writing to share my experience with Tim as my realtor both in the sale and purchase of my residence. He was always responsive, professional, and I believe was able to get me a great sales price for my house by his suggestions for staging as well as his negotiation skills. Selling a house is stressful and Tim understands this and was always available to answer questions and kept me informed every step of the way!As for purchasing my new home Tim found my dream home which was not even on the market! He went above and beyond to find what was right for me. He really listened and did not try to steer me in another direction, rather took the time to search out and find what I really wanted. Again Tim was there every step of the way and did an awesome job for me! Even after I moved he was available to answer questions by contacting the seller regarding the new house. While this sale should have been real easy, we were faced with challenges due to the fact I had a tenant. Tim worked around and with every issue that arose.
