Tim Horst

Honesty, serving, listening, and helping are just some of the traits that have made Tim a successful real estate agent. “My desire is to please my clients and do what’s best for their individual needs. I know if I do a great job and the transaction is a success, they will recommend me again and again.” Since entering the business in 1984, Tim has received many awards over the years. In his first year he was the top first year agent in the county and since 1990 he has been in the top 1% of all Montgomery County Realtors. Tim grew up in Hagerstown, Maryland and moved to Montgomery County when he married his wife, Jennifer in 1984. When he’s not working, Tim loves to spend time with his family.
