Tim Mock

Tim works harder for his clients than anyone I've ever seen. Has tremendous knowledge in reality mixed with a good balance of construction and handyman work, so he can spot problems quickly. Tim is also the nicest person someone could meet. Volunteers for his community and veterans in his spare time. Sometimes I wonder if there's actually two of him...

I chose Tim from the USAA Realty Rewards Network for many reasons. As a veteran who recently moved home after the conclusion of my service, it was very reassuring to have a realtor who had life experience in common. Tim cares about his clients. He goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is on the up and up. He did due diligence consistently during the period that we were negotiating closing. My daughter and one of her friends used him and I used him in November when I moved here from out of state. Ive never had an agent climb into a crawl space to check out how things look before I made an offer. He is attentive, honest and genuine. Absolutely adore working with him. He is retired military also so I like supporting our soldiers when the return. He explained everything and was on top of everything which was very helpful since I was in MD. Highly recommend him.
