Calling Tim Peirce of The Peirce Group to help sell our home turned out to be the best decision of our transition. And with our staging plan in place, he even rolled up his sleeves and assisted in prepping the house for market.Tim knows the Bluffton/HHI Area. His selling price analysis was a precise exercise in which his knowledge of the neighborhood provided insight into the our market. This resulted in a final sale very close to our asking price and well above our original expectations. In addition, he knew how to market our home. The pictures on our listing made us almost regret selling the place! It blew us away when Tim called just a few weeks after hitting the market with a great offer on our house. We accepted and Tim was there to advise us every step of the way all the way up to closing. We put our trust in Tim and it paid off. He was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us. I wish I could find some criticism to help him better himself in her career, but I honestly can't think of anything that he and team could have done differently or better for us. We were very confident using him and team and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an elite group of professionals.

My brother and I had to sell our parents home. Since neither of us is local we didnt know the market.
