Tim provided us with great service, assisting us for more than a year to find a lake house that met our needs. We looked at many properties, Tim is tireless had our best interest at the forefront, matching our must haves, pointing out benefits and less than ideal construction or up-keep. He kept our budget at the forefront and was key in helping us extend and negotiate our offer. Because of this idea,s we were able to get additional personal property accepted into the offer. He is an excellent communicator, to us at all times of the day and behind the scenes with representing agents. He followed up with us after the closing several times to check on our satisfaction and the progress on installation of a required septic system. I have no hesitation in recommending Tim.

Tim was our realtor for our home sale in 2017. I would highly recommend Tim for any realtor needs. Tim responded immediately to any questions we had with thorough explanations throughout the entire process. He assisted us with great ideas for staging our home which proved to be very beneficial to the quick sale of our home. We had great responses to the open house he himself was present for to answer questions of potential buyers. Tim knows the closing process very well and again assisted with moving our closing forward and answered any of our questions up until the final documents were signed. He even followed up with us after everything was complete to be sure we didn't have any unanswered questions! Tim is a very knowledgeable, trust-worthy realtor who works diligently for his clients to get the best possible outcome of a sale or purchase of real estate.

We recently sold our current home and built a new home and Tim was amazing throughout the process. Unlike other real estate professionals, he truly had our best interest in mind at all times. I honestly cannot say enough good about him from start to finish, he was by our side to help us make the best decision for our family. He was patient, thoughtful and VERY useful. He assisted in making the needed improvements to see our existing home and helped us secure the best interest rate possible. His past construction experience was super helpful in making decisions about our new home. Whenever I had a question, Tim responded very quickly. Working with Tim was a treat. He was able to answer any question I had, whether it was about the mechanical aspects of the homes we looked at, or the technical aspects of purchase agreements and the home-buying process. He was extremely responsive any time I needed to reach him, and was always very willing to set up showings for homes I wanted to see. Tim was an absolute dream to work with. When we first started our househunting process last spring, we wanted to work with an agent who was down to earth and someone we could call and treat as a friend. We met many agents who made us feel a little uncomfortable or were overly pushy or schmoozy, which just isn't our style. Tim took the time to get to know us and our unique styles and preferences- our interactions with him were always overwhelmingly positive and authentic. He was just as invested as us in finding the right home. There were times when he could've persuaded us to purchase a house and be done with us, but he was always as critical as we were (which we appreciated so much) and remained patient, even when we kept changing our minds on what kind of house we were looking for. We saw close to 100 houses in multiple neighborhoods (Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Mendota Heights, and St. Louis Park)- Tim was knowledgable about all of these areas and took the time to research any specific neighborhood that we weren't familiar with. He could quickly evaluate some of the less visible components of a house and was incredibly detail-oriented, whether it was spotting issues with the quality of a house that was flipped or a roof that would require a lot of work in a few years. He has a really unique background across various industries and it was helpful to ask questions on the spot about a specific house project and how much it would cost, for example.We put in a few offers before we found/closed on our home- it's amazing to reflect on our experience and see how committed Tim was every step of the way (e.g. driving to our apartment complex one night to walk us through documents for a last-minute offer, rearranging schedules to accommodate new listings we found, spending every Saturday for months in a row to show us houses, etc.). At the end of the househunting process, Tim continued to be an assertive advocate and advisor for us as we worked with the sellers' agents. He provided recommendations and tips throughout the closing process so that by the time we closed, we felt incredibly prepared for our move and our new home. We also closed feeling like we got the best deal thanks to Tim.Bottom line: we cannot imagine going through our househunting process without Tim. His exceptional customer service and commitment to us, as well as his valuable wealth of knowledge spanning so many domains (e.g. the housing market, finance, law, construction, home design, etc.), made him the best agent we could've asked for. Five stars is not enough. We had a great experience working with Tim. He was prompt, knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough. Not only did we appreciate his real estate expertise, but he is very handy and knowledgeable in terms of home maintenance and repair. He had great advice and resources for us as we worked to fix up our home before listing it. ABOVE AND BEYOND from start to finish.

Tim is outstanding! First, Tim really cares about finding you the best deal. He is fiscally conscious and very aware of the best market price for the home you're selling or buying. Next, he has experience in the trades and it's like you're getting an inspector when you hire him. He pointed out issues to our "professional" inspector that he missed. He also truly made the seller fix items before we bought that our inspector completely missed. Lastly, his responsiveness is second to none. When Tim says that he'll do something, he does it...and fast. He has integrity and really strives to make you happy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
