When a lender is involved active communication is a must to ensure the loan is on track. I also check in on the title company to make sure the file is being handled and all details are attended to, this way I can try to address anything that comes up unexpectedly. After years in the business I was asked to train other real estate agents. Educating new and experienced agents has increased my knowledge of pain points and potential deal breakers. Keeping a positive mental attitude while problem solving and during the occasional crisis, is essential in managing the process.
