My name is Tim Strobel. I grew up in Rice and Waseca counties of southern MN. Mainly from Morristown, MN 55052. I started in Real Estate in 1988. I bought my first home in 1978. I own and operate our real estate company. I am a Minnesota Real Estate Broker. I fish the 60 lakes in our Cannon River Valley water shed district form Faribault to Mankato, MN. I have sold many lake homes and farms. This gives me a great knowledge of the restrictions and professionals needed to acquire real estate, whether its a cabin or a new luxury home. I pride myself in being a good listener and finding out what the client wants and then acquiring the tools to obtain the land.
