My boyfriend and we're happy to close on our new house today.. Until we walked in and hardly ANYTHING wasn't done in our initial punch list from the first inspection. The first initial walk through- Tim left while we were addressing our concerns. Final walk through- Tim left in the middle of us addressing our concerns after we told him we did not want to close on the house in the shape it was in (Drywall drip, scuff marks on walls.. We even paid extra for brown exterior trim and during the initial walk through, we told them it was scarred up and they said they'd fix it. A week later ... The day of the final inspection, a worker was using A SHARPIE to fill in the scratch marks on the exterior trim.) Not only did he leave, but an after after he left he said if we didn't close on the house today that it was going to be put on the market tomorrow! He even stated that everything that didn't get done on the initial walk through lost WASNT getting done anymore. Now my boyfriend and I are stuck doing all of HIS crews work. I do not recommend.

Tim was an excellent and knowledgeable agent. Myself being an experienced home buyer he was great to work with and an excellent knowledge of construction We were very happy withTim.
