My husband and I bought our very first home with Tim's help in May 2019. He was such a kind and attentive agent and since the sale, has sent us holiday cards, thank you notes, and even hand-delivered a king cake to our house yesterday (Jan 2020). I have recommended him to anyone who will listen and hand out his business cards constantly. Tim definitely has a forever customer in me.

Tim was very resourceful and informative with the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. He provided helpful tips as to what we could do to make the home we were selling stand out and advised what to keep an eye out for when we purchased our new home. We moved from out of state and needed a realtor that understood the complications of buying from a distance. Tim was not our first realtor but was by far the best. When I started my house hunt I was dreading getting stuck with a pushy, overbearing agent to show me around. Tim was not that type of person, and instead was patient, down-to-earth, easy to talk to, responsive, and willing to go at my pace.
