I can't even begin to describe how amazing Tim and Mary were. We were selling an estate home and all three kids were out of state. Tim and Mary managed everything for us. We had issues that cropped up. They had a network of contractors that helped with repairs, cleaning and overall management. They set them up and all we did is pay. They took care of the property until the closing (way above and beyond what you'd expect a Realtor to do).
