Simply Amazing; Highly recommend. Selling a 130 year old home is not easy. Their improvement suggestions ( for marketability) were excellent and reasonable. Excellent job virtually staging the home and preparing the market. During the first weekend we had ~20 showings. We had email feedback from each showing: Did they like the home? Was it reasonably priced? Level of interest? Monday morning we received 7 offers - 3 below, 2 at and 2 above our asking price -- all within $8,000 if each other. They nailed the valuation. True team effort: Initially all communications was thru Jeannie; during the weekend launch Jeannie was away but Todd seamlessly took over the showings and advised me well on the negotiations with the Buyer including qualifying the offers. I recently purchased my first condo in Stamford, CT. Though I was new to the home-buying process, I did my due diligence, and I am also familiar with the area. Initially, I did not have, nor did I want a buyer's agent, because I found them to be a little pushy and over-eager... then I met Max. Max showed me a property and was great, but I was not ready to sign with an agent - I wanted to see more properties on my own. He told me that he would be there if I needed him, so let him know. About a month passed - during that month, I saw places on my own, had Max show me a few places and still did not have a buyer's agent. Even though I didn't sign with Max (yet), he still took time to send me and show me properties that he thought I would like. I appreciated the fact that he was still willing to help me with my search, even though I had not signed any type of agreement with him. His hardworking mentality and dedication drove me to ask him to be my buyer's agent. Once we found a place that I liked, Max worked with me to negotiate a great price. After the prices were negotiated, he was my main point of contact throughout the process - he was extremely responsive, answering my texts or calls as late as midnight sometimes, just to put me at ease. I am the type of person who has many questions and wants them answered quickly; Max is the type of person who, though young in his career, has many answers and the drive to figure out those answers should he not know it. Max did not stop working until after he handed me the keys to my place. He literally hand held me through the entire process and made sure I had everything that I needed. He even helped me clean out some remnants that the previous owner had left behind, once I got my keys and found the place wasn't entirely empty. Not often do I laud people in online reviews, but when that person goes above and beyond and meets each one of my expectations, I find that I want to return the favor in any way I can. I highly recommend Max to represent my family, friends, and anyone looking to purchase a home. Not only is he great at what he does, but he is also just a nice guy.

Max Dober was our buyer's agent and he was incredible to work with. We were first time buyers and Max was extremely patient with us. During our home buying experience, we had the pleasure of meeting Todd Auslander at an open house for a short sale. Todd was very helpful in explaining the short sale and general home buying process. He was insightful and made my husband and I very comfortable, so we agreed to meet with one of the group's buying agents, Max Dober. We are very glad that we did, as Max was fantastic from day one. When we met with him the first time, I had a laundry list of detailed questions for Max, which he handled with ease. He did not pressure us at any point but was always diligent in responding to our questions/inquiries. He also made himself available super early in the am and very late at night as well. There are many reasons why Todd and Jeannie are some of the most successful agents in Fairfield County. I've bought and sold multiple properties across different areas using other agents so I have a good point of comparison on what types of agents are out there. And hands down, they are the best real estate team you can possibly find.About 10 years ago right after getting married, my wife and I worked with Todd to buy our first home.
