Todd Hancock

Todd is a native North Carolinian and alum of Needham B. Broughton High School and Appalachian State University. His own story has taken him from NC's Appalachians to the Rockies, where he lived and worked for 5 years in Aspen, Colorado mainly in environmental education and Open Space preservation. His lifelong interest in the environment - both natural and built - is a deep part of his relationship with the neighborhoods and homes of central North Carolina. He has lived in numerous area neighborhoods, from urban to suburban. The buying and selling of real estate can be a profound experience and he is thankful for the opportunity to be a part of that process with his clients.
