A long time Chicago resident, Tom knows the city's neighborhoods inside and out. He has a deep understanding of area property values and can help clients decide which community is right for them. Although he focuses most of his business locally in Chicago's downtown area, he will help his clients wherever they need to go. As someone with a strong financial background, Tom enjoys analyzing market trends and knows how to negotiate with his clients' best interest in mind. He is also able to share his knowledge with a variety of investors, buyers and sellers to help them choose the right property for their budget. From new construction to short sales, Tom can help anyone find what they're looking for. When not focused on his business, Tom likes to spend time with his wife and three children, participate in doing charity throughout the city, and is active in his Greek Orthodox Church.
