Tom Fendley

As a long-time leader in the environmental and public health sector, Tom Fendley is passionate about building healthy, prosperous, and sustainable communities. As a realtor, Tom was in Vanguard Properties' Top 21 Club for Sonoma County in both 2014 and 2015. Tom prides himself on helping his buyers make their dream home a reality in Sonoma County's competitive seller's market. He understands that this requires having a firm understanding of his clients needs and desires, as well as being consistently available and responsive. Tom is a native Chicagoan who also spent several years in Boston. Like many transplants, he was drawn to Sonoma County's beautiful weather, organic farms, hills, and open green space, as well as the outstanding food, beer, and wine. In his free time, Tom enjoys working in his garden, playing and watching sports, and exploring with his boxer. He also serves on the board of California Solar CitiSuns, which organizes homeowners who've gone solar.
