Tom Leonard is a 4th Generation East Sacramentan. He started his career in Real Estate as a lender and began buying, selling, flipping and rehabbing homes in 2001. Tom enjoys servicing Sacramento's older neighborhoods such as River Park, East Sac, Land Park, Sierra Oaks, Arden Park, Wilhaggin, Del Dayo and West Sacramento too. Tom has been personally investing in these same neighborhoods for years and has detailed knowledge of the streets, the homes, and the families that live there.
