We cannot begin to say enough nice things about Darren and Tom of Pacific Moon Real Estate! They helped with our first time home purchase in San Juan Capistrano and could not have made the process any smoother. After quickly finding our home (because they knew our taste so well and made the search process highly efficient - SO appreciated!), Darren helped us negotiate the best price possible and after several counters we were in escrow a week later. With a 30 day escrow period, Darren and Tom guided us through the process with the utmost professionalism and ease. We truly could not have done this without them!! And several months later a work transition required us to move and have to rent our new house. The Moon's had a 2 year lease locked in within a week. Unbelievable!! Darren was extremely helpful in the purchase of our new home. He negotiated strong and fair with the seller and was in constant communication with us. He helped our escrow along when needed and was willing to go above and beyond for us. He is a fantastic realtor and we will absolutely use him again for our next purchase or sale. He also helped with the entire process of getting our new home and we did this all in less than 3 months. The entire process was close to perfect. He is very understanding about how this affected our kids and made everything stress free on them therefore stress free on us. He was never at all pushy or aggressive, but at the same time got the job. He is a true professional and we highly reccomend Darren!!!
