- Toni never responded to my request
Toni was listed as an agent who could help for assistance on helping modify a mortgage loan. From the beginning the communication was terrible. One time she stated she lost her wallet and that was the reason she didn’t return our phone calls. She tried to contact our borrowers but she claimed it was so hard to get in contact with someone. After a while she stopped communicating with us all together and never responded or followed up. We had to figure it out on our own. I can’t understand how someone who’s listed to assist people with loan modification not care.
