Tony Benson

I found Tony to be dishonest and unreliable. He gave me the run-around after agreeing to show me 100 Moreland Ave SE #A. Every day he told me showings would be the next day. He delayed on Wed, then Thurs then Friday. Finally he told me instead of a private showing I could go to the open house Saturday. I told him I was never free on Saturday but I could do Sunday or Monday. Each day I was the one to initiate conversation. I was the one to remind him that he had promised and failed to send me a time for the showing. Finally he admitted he was never going to show me the home, he had gotten enough offers on Sunday. It makes me wonder how he could be acting in the best interest of his client. Why is he turning away earnestly interested buyers? It would have saved us both a lot of effort if he had just declined to show me the home initially. I spent most of the week making sure I was free for a showing that never happened.
