Perhaps the only time you'll appreciate the value of a great real estate agent and/or team is when you've previously had an unpleasant experience with another agent and/or team. At least, that was the case for my husband and me. Rather than dwell on what we didn't like about our previous real estate agents, I'd like to share with you why Russell and Tony are our "go-to" for real estate transactions. Our calls were always promptly returned if they didn't answer right off the bat and they always took the time we needed to listen and respond - we never felt like we were receiving the "Bum's Rush" so that they could jump onto something else. As professionals, they spoke to us about how our property needed to present, how they'd present it, and always had their eyes opened for additional marketing opportunities. When offers came in, they'd explain the pros & cons of each particular offer, but they understood and respected that the decision was ultimately our's. The long & short of it is that they cared for our property and cared about us. Going back to the unpleasant experiences we had with other agents prior to working with Russell and Tony: those previous experiences left us wary. Russell and Tony rose above our skepticism and have earned our respect 110%. I recommend you speak with them and go straight to having a great real estate experience.
