Tonya is hands down the best there is! My family and I enjoyed working with her so much, that I was actually a bit sad when we purchased our home because it meant that I would not be communicating with her everyday. After working with her, my husband and I agreed that she is now part of our family. Tonya is kind, always responds to texts/calls super fast and she is incredibly knowledgeable about her profession. I would recommend her services 100%.

Tonya Got The Job Done. She was honest and remained professional throughout the process. She went above and beyond her job If I had a question and sent her a text message at 10pm she responded. She never made me fell like I was bother her. If she know and answer to question I asked she did her research got back to me. I look forward to working with her again on my next property.

Tonya was very responsive to our needs & got quick answers to all our questions, if she didn't already know them when we asked. Our house actually sold before the for sale went up because she got the word out to all the other realtors as soon as we signed with her. We had 12 showings the first two days after we signed the paperwork listing the house. Tonya made sure we had quality inspectors for our house,with her handling all the extra phone calls, being there so we could still go to our jobs with no worries. I'm amazed that we sold our house $20,000 over what most other houses in the area were selling for and in just two days! She is the Best!
