Tonya M. Williams aka Black Barbie/aka Williams Realty & Consulting is dishonest and not a realtor of her word. There are several clients and people that she has done business with that will also testify to this. Architect and contractor had to hound her to get paid and as well as a specific client at Borghese Condominium do not have high recommendation for her. She did not pay agent commissions at closing this past year as previously agreed. Any of these comments are easily verifiable if need be. Very slick.
