Back in 2013, After having 3 kids I decided raising my kids in an apartment is not going to work. So I started looking and researching on becoming an homeowner. I talked to 3 different Realtors, 2 via facebook and the other one via facebook and 1 on 1 face to face. All 3 of them basically told me "I needed more income" After 2 Realtors I started to believe and quit trying. I'm in a group on facebook, So some days I would see people giving their testimonies about how they became homeowners. They always said Toshia Hurd recommending her as the to go person. I had my doubts, so I followed her for a year on her business page and then her personal page to see what kind of person she is. On her personal page every single day she would post positive motivation quotes, pictures with her and her team giving back to the community and etc. On her business page, she posted the Do's and Don't on what to do before, during and after the Home buying Journey. I contacted her via messenger she sent mt her cell number to get direct contact with her. I told her everything what I was working with. I was just waiting on her to give me those same words the other Realtors gave me. Nope, she asked me for my email and sent me a list and a PowerPoint presentation on what I need to have done before applying, after applying and what to expect. I was so scared of rejection but she was with me the whole way. She would work with my schedule, at that time I was a mother of 3 kids and another one on the way. Days when I was sick from the pregnancy she would go to the homes I liked and gave me a full tour via video and walking and explaining to me like I was there. After a month of searching (because I am very picky) I decided to just let her do her job and stop butting in. Gave her a list of what I wanted. She found my dream home in a day! The family and I viewed the house I instantly feel in love, Everyone loved the home. We sat at the table I let her do the talking. In the end I ended up with a brand new home with all the bells and whistles and a few goodies!! Very affordable in a great neighborhood. To me Toshia went over and beyond for my family and I. Even dealing with my mood swings, she never got out of character always had an amazing attitude. We closed our home in less than 30 days. I receive yearly Anniversary cards on the day I closed. Toshia Hurd is heaven sent, I thank God for her! Toshia made my Husband and I dream come true becoming a HomeOwner. I highly recommend her!
