Tracey was prompt in replying to all of my questions, I am in the market for purchase so she was very familiar with the local market. After discovering that I was new to this whole process she always provided me with multiple viewpoints of home buying. This was impressive because it made me feel like she wasn't only interested in gaining a commission but actually concerned about helping me make the best decision for me.I closed on my first home on 6/16/14. Tracey was so patient and genuinely caring from start to finish. My husband and I decided we wanted to attempt a home purchase; I say attempt because we had no clue where to even start. Tracey, from day one, worked extensively to find homes in the areas we were interested in all the way from Pinson to Helena. She always made sure to schedule viewings that worked around our schedule and in a timely manner. She never stopped working for us and kept in touch with us always. I never once had to track her down or wait for a returned call. She was our first realtor and we have been spoiled. Through this whole process I feel like Tracey was just another part of our family, taking this journey with us. She truely did an excellent job. And when we hit bumps in the road with the financing and paperwork, if it was an area she was not 100% confident in, Tracey would pull resources and gain information for us so we would know what to expect or the next steps to take. I found a home that I thought I liked and met with Tracey Acey, who upon my initial meeting was very professional and friendly, needless to say I ended up going with a different home that felt right for me..Tracey was very attentive to my needs and worked with me and my hectic work schedule. The experience with Ms. Acey has been wonderful. She makes sure she goes above and beyond helping her clients,. If there were any concerns or questions my husband and I had she stayed on top of it, making sure she delivered detailed information and communication given at any time of day we needed her. Tracey Acey is the #1 ACE!! We have truly gained not only a wonderful realtor who truly enjoys what she does but we have gained a friend that still is available to us AFTER the home is sold.
