Tracey represented me in purchasing a home in October 2015. I really did not know which area I wanted to live in, condo or house undecided, price range, etc. Needless to say, Tracey had her work cut out. She patiently showed me all the areas I wanted to visit and ultimately negotiated a sound contract which closed on time. Her vast real estate experience (including escrow) allowed me to leave the details to her. She worked closely with my lender, the listing agent, title and escrow which kept everything on target.

I don't think that we were the worse first time home buyers but it's safe to say we weren't the easiest. To say Tracey was patient is an understatement. She was truly a lifesaver.
